How do I change my billing address? (Commercial Account Holders)
Our credit department must make any updates to the billing address you have on file. Simply contact us with the details of your request. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for the request to be processed.

How do I change the email address I use to log in?
Sign in with your old password, then head over to Your Details. Change your primary email address, along with any other details that need updating, and save the changes.

Usually you just need to purchase an item that is listed within one of the promotions and you will automatically be entered into the prize draw. I'm having trouble logging on. How do I get help?
If you think you may have forgotten your password, you can try resetting it. If you have verified that your email and password are correct, there could be individual browser settings or cookies on your system causing log on or display problems.
Clear your Acquire cookies and then try to log on again.

Nice try! We don't know your password, but you can easily reset it if you've forgotten.

What is my user name?
Your username with Acquire is usually your email address. If this doesn't work, you can try resetting your password. If you are still having trouble, contact us.
